Terms of service
Agreement to terms
Using the Foresecur portal means accepting these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you are confirming you may bind it.
Description of service
Foresecur monitors domains and addresses you register against public breach corpora, dark web sources and a filtered news feed, and notifies you of findings. Capabilities not listed on the features page are not part of the service.
User accounts
You are responsible for the accounts you invite and for keeping their credentials secure. One person, one account: shared logins break the audit trail you may later need.
Acceptable use
Register only domains and addresses your organisation controls or is authorised to monitor. Do not use findings to attack anyone, and do not resell access without a written agreement.
Subscription and payment
Price is agreed per organisation in writing. Invoicing terms, notice period and any uplift are set out in that agreement rather than here.
Intellectual property
The portal, its design and its code remain ours. Your data, and the findings about your organisation, remain yours.
Data and privacy
The privacy policy governs personal data and forms part of these terms. Where the two disagree about personal data, the privacy policy wins.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service reports what public sources disclose. Absence of a finding is not proof that nothing has leaked, and we do not warrant that monitoring catches every exposure.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by Swedish law.
Termination
Either side may terminate on the notice in the written agreement. On termination you can export your data, and we delete it on request.
Governing law
Swedish law governs these terms, and the courts of Sweden have jurisdiction.
Changes to terms
We may change these terms and will give notice in the portal before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
